I love this Mr Mike's! My husband and I come here on Thursdays for their burgers and they have never disappointed on the quality and taste. The staff is fabulous they never make us feel like just another table, we always feel like we've gone over to a friend's house for supper. We went yesterday after a really crummy day and the staff went a little extra that brightened up the day! Thank you to Mr Mike's staff for turning a crummy day into a wonderful evening
Absolutely great food! The skookumchuck chicken burger was fantastic!!! The garlic aioli, the crispy bacon, juicy chicken breast all made for an unforgettable sandwich. As a side the Cascadia salad was phenomenal—sweet and almost dessert-like. The bruschetta is always top notch, flavorful and worth every penny. Service was great! Brianna was so helpful, kind and attentive!!! A must recommend for a casual date night!
Daidra in the Red Deer location was an absolutely amazing server. We primarily only go to the Red Deer location due to friendly staff and the best cook. We have never had a bad meal at the Red Deer location. Being vegetarians it's hard to find a restaurant that keeps us coming back for more and this one is our first pick for a meal. The appetizer hours also make it a hit for us. Keep doing what you are doing Red Deer staff. 10/10
Our steaks were the slightest over-done but our server realized it right away and made things right. We had lobster did and stuffed mushrooms for appies and they were also delicious. Tyson our server was fantastic
My wife and I had dinner on a Thursday night at this Mr Mike's location. I have not been there in a long time and it was the first visit for my wife. We enjoyed having Kaylea as our server. She has a wonderfully unique charm, with gentle humor and a touch of delightful eccentricity. Her positive energy and fun is truly infectious. It was busy and she was looking after a lot of other tables. Kaylea was well organized and efficient. We had the ribs, which were hot and delicious. The dinner was great. The service top notch. Ten out of ten recommend. Thank you Kaylea!
Came in for dinner on a couple occasions and ended up with the same waitress, one time she was waitressing the other time she was Bartending, I believe her name was Shelby, never have I had such amazing service, Shelby was very polite, very hospitalable but she was very professional, and quick on the job, she always made sure we were well taken care of both times she served us ans both times she served us the food was amazing and I feel there needs to be more waitress like her, Shelby has a blessed soul and i will now make sure I'm always being served by her as she know how to make a customer not only feel welcome, but she makes her customers feel like they are special. Shelby deserves a raise as I feel as a customer she has served she deserves it, so to end this review I would like to send a special thankyou to that wonderful waitress Shelby at Mr. Mike's in red deer and say thankyou for you kindness and hospitality, your were amazing :)
My first time at Mr. Mikes. Kaylea was our server and right from the start we knew we had a winner. Exceptional service for our birthday celebration. She was very kid friendly, free refills, unlike other places that charge for refills on non-alcoholic drinks. My steak was properly cooked and nicely presented. Definitely will be back.
If you go to the Red Deer location you absolutely have to get Kayleah as your server. I’m not exaggerating when I say that she offered some of the most world class customer service I’ve ever received at a restaurant. She made sure we had everything we needed, our glasses always full, excellent conversation and genuine friendliness. If the owner and management there read this she is definitely someone special and you owe it to yourselves to keep her a happy employee because it will do nothing but help your business.
